To post a project, you must first register and log in to your account. Then head to the "Post Project" section, where you can describe your idea in general terms and our system will help you create a more detailed version for the project. Next, you will find additional fields to fill out such as estimated budget, the deadline for receiving proposals, and other specific requirements.

A freelancer is an independent professional who offers their specialized services to clients and companies without needing to be bound by a formal employment contract. Freelancers work on a freelance basis, which allows them to collaborate on various projects for multiple clients, usually remotely. These professionals cover a wide range of fields such as web development, graphic design, marketing, writing, translation, and more. The flexibility that characterizes freelance work allows freelancers to choose projects that most align with their skills and interests, and clients to find experts that fit their specific needs.

This will give you insight into their methodology and how their ideas align with your goals. This process will allow you to make an informed decision and ensure you choose the professional who best fits the specific requirements of your project.

Contrata en Línea allows freelancers to add relevant information and verify their identity through an authentication process designed to protect clients. This process typically includes: ● Identity Verification: Freelancers must go through an identity verification process to ensure that the information provided matches the user's identity. ● Personal and Professional Data: Freelancers can add details about their education, experience, and skills, which are visible to clients and help build trust. ● Certifications and Portfolio: Freelancers can also include certifications, samples of previous work, and other documents that support their experience and knowledge in their field. ● Ratings and Reviews: As freelancers complete projects, their clients can rate them and leave feedback. These ratings provide future clients with a direct reference to the freelancer's quality and reliability. These measures help ensure the authenticity of proposals sent to clients to provide a safe and trusted environment on the platform.

The platform implements an identity verification system that uses advanced technology to authenticate document data in real time. This process ensures that only legitimate professionals register and offer their services, thus improving security and trust within our community. During verification, the information provided by the freelancer is analyzed against the data on their identity document. This allows us to effectively filter requests and ensure that our users work with freelancers who have been properly authenticated. The time to receive proposals can vary depending on demand and the type of project you've posted, but you should generally start receiving proposals within the first 24-48 hours of project approval. If you're looking to receive proposals more efficiently, ensure your posting is as detailed as possible by clearly specifying the scope of the project.

Currently, our platform is enabled to allow freelancers from Colombia only. This decision allows us to focus on building a strong community and ensuring a quality experience for our users. While our platform cannot offer an absolute guarantee that freelancers will meet deadlines, we encourage open communication and establishing clear agreements from the start of the project. This includes defining expectations and allowing partial delivery dates, which helps manage workflow and ensure that both parties are aligned. It is important to maintain a constant dialogue through the tools provided by the platform to resolve any concerns that may arise during the development of the project.

After completing a project, you will have the opportunity to leave comments and ratings on the work done by the freelancer. This feedback is not only valuable to the freelancer, but also helps other clients make informed decisions when selecting professionals for their future projects. Your opinion is essential to maintaining quality and transparency on our platform, and we sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Our platform has a comprehensive dispute resolution system designed to facilitate communication and understanding between the parties involved. If you face any issues with a freelancer, you can request an auditor for a thorough review of the project or contact our support team, who will be available to offer assistance and guide you through the process. Users satisfaction is our priority, and we will work to ensure that any dispute is resolved fairly and efficiently.

Payments to freelancers are managed entirely through the platform to provide security and transparency for both parties. Upon acceptance of a proposal, funds are held in the platform's system and are only released when the client reviews and approves the work delivered by the freelancer, ensuring that both parties comply with the established agreements. This payment system provides peace of mind, as it ensures that the freelancer will be compensated for the approved work and that funds will only be available when the client is satisfied with the results.

Posting inappropriate content or false proposals goes against the platform's policies and terms of service. These behaviors can result in various actions, depending on the severity and frequency of the violations. Consequences may include: ● Affecting reputation. ● Account suspension. ● Deletion from the project. ● Reporting to authorities. ● Deny access to the platform.

To submit a proposal for a project, you first need to register and verify your account as a freelancer. Once your account is activated, you will be able to browse through available projects. When you find one that piques your interest, simply click on the arrow icon to access the project details and then click on the "Submit Proposal" button. We recommend that you submit a detailed proposal highlighting your skills, relevant experiences, and why you are the best choice; this will increase your chances of passing the selection process and working on the project.

Yes, you have the ability to request changes or revisions to the work delivered by a freelancer. It is advisable to discuss any necessary modifications with the freelancer, ensuring that the requests are aligned with the initially agreed scope of the project. Please note that once the work has been accepted, you have a maximum of 7 days to request changes. After this period, the work will be deemed to meet your expectations and no modifications can be made. This policy is designed to ensure that both clients and freelancers have clarity and respect for the established deadlines.

If you are not satisfied with a freelancer's work, we recommend that you first discuss your concerns directly with them. Open communication is key to resolving misunderstandings and adjusting expectations. If after speaking with the freelancer a satisfactory solution is not achieved, you can request an Auditor through the platform's dispute resolution system. This system is designed to help mediate conflict situations and ensure that both parties have the opportunity to present their points of view.

Each freelancer has two (2) attempts to successfully complete the identity validation process. This measure ensures the veracity of the information without limiting opportunities, giving customers confidence in the authenticity of freelancers profiles.

In the event that a freelancer fails to complete identity validation in the allotted attempts, their profile will be restricted from sending proposals or interacting with clients on the platform. They may resume the validation process after a waiting period or by paying an additional fee, according to current policies.

Initial identity validation is free for the first two (2) attempts, allowing freelancers to complete the process at no cost. If the attempts are exhausted, the freelancer will be able to opt for an additional attempt by paying a specific fee. This ensures that the verification process is accessible while also promoting authenticity on the platform.

Payments to freelancers are made twice a month: between the 1st and 5th, and from the 15th to the 20th. In order for a freelancer to receive payment, the following requirements must be met: ● The client must have accepted the delivered work. ● A period of 7 days must pass from acceptance without any complaints or requests for changes being registered. This process ensures transparency and protects both freelancers and clients.
